SOUTHEAST ALASKA
NATURAL HISTORY TOURS

It's a land of discovery.... a place where new earth is laid bare each day by receding glaciers, then temperate rainforests spread their lush coverings over the land. Nesting bird colonies cling to craggy cliffs by the sea and bald eagles rule the skies. It is a rich tapestry of native culture, fishing villages and primitive landscapes... a naturalist's paradise, an explorer's dream.

Calm waters wind amongst hundreds of forested islands etched with spectacular bays and secluded anchorages. During each day we ply the waterways in search of something new... evening finds us exploring shorelines virtually untouched by man.

With 6-8 guests aboard, it is an intimate journey exploring the Inside Passage... with your expectations and dreams guiding the itinerary. The range of a 5-7 day voyage gives you opportunities to visit great tidewater glaciers, view a variety of animals (brown and black bear, mountain goats, eagles, countless sea birds, and more) and observe a dramatic range of plant communities establishing life on rocky terrain recently exposed by the receding ice to the mature lush temperate rainforests.

The flora and fauna of this country is unrivaled in variety and abundance. Join us as we explore off the beaten path... experiencing ALASKA! upclose.
